Mic\u0219oreaz\u0103 ductilitatea \u0219i maleabilitatea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Zirconiu (Zr): punct de topire 1860 grade C, <\/strong>este un element de aliere <strong>dezoxidant \u0219i de af\u00e2nare a granula\u021biei<\/strong>. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te caracteristicile sale de ambutisare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Cobalt (Co)<\/strong>: punct de topire 1492 grade C, cobaltul reduce ad\u00e2ncimea c\u0103lirii. <strong>M\u0103re\u0219te rezisten\u021ba la coroziune \u0219i abraziune<\/strong>. Confer\u0103 o rezisten\u021b\u0103 mai bun\u0103 la trac\u021biune \u0219i o mai bun\u0103 limit\u0103 elastic\u0103. Cobaltul imbunatateste substantial rezistenta la temperaturi ridicate,este folosit frecvent ca element de aliere la obtinerea otelurilor rapide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Cupru (Cu)<\/strong>: punct de topire 1048 grade C, cuprul se adauga doar la citeva marci de otel. Are un efect nefavorabil in procesele de deformare plastica la cald,provoaca fisuri si crapaturi. Este in general un element nedorit in oteluri.La otelurile aliate cu cupru acesta <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te semnificativ rezisten\u021ba la coroziune<\/strong><strong>a atmosferic\u0103<\/strong>.si la acizi. Confer\u0103 fragilitate o\u021belului \u00een timpul opera\u021biunilor de forjare \u0219i laminare, motiv pentru care, nu se adaug\u0103 ca element de aliere. La piesele turnate, care nu trebuie lucrate la cald, se adaug\u0103 pentru a-i cre\u0219te duritatea. Pentru ca un o\u021bel s\u0103 aib\u0103 o calitate superioar\u0103, nu trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 cantit\u0103\u021bi care s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 0,03 %. Cre\u0219te rezisten\u021ba \u0219i duritatea la o\u021belurile cu un con\u021binut sc\u0103zut \u00een carbon, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te u\u0219or rezisten\u021ba la coroziune, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te, \u00eentr-o anumit\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, prelucrabilitatea (capacitatea de a fi lucrat prin t\u0103iere) \u0219i \u00eei mic\u0219oreaz\u0103 tenacitatea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Hidrogen (H): punct de topire -262 grade C ,<\/strong>este un element nociv. <strong>Produce fragilitatea o\u021belului<\/strong>. Hidrogenul provoaca in otel aparitia fulgilor, defect deosebit de periculos .<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Mangan (Mn): punct de topire 1221 grade C, este un e<\/strong><strong>lement de baz\u0103 \u00een toate o\u021belurile<\/strong>. Ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 <strong>dezoxidant \u0219i<\/strong> <strong>neutralizeaz\u0103, de asemenea, efectele nocive ale sulfului<\/strong>, u\u0219ur\u00e2nd laminarea, turnarea \u0219i alte opera\u021biuni de lucru la cald. Totodat\u0103, m\u0103re\u0219te penetrarea la c\u0103lire \u0219i contribuie la rezisten\u021ba \u0219i duritatea o\u021belului. \u00cen cazul unor con\u021binuturi \u00eenalte, cre\u0219te rezisten\u021ba sa la uzur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Molibden (Mo)<\/strong>: punct de topire 2622 grade C, se adauga in otel impreuna cu alte elemente de aliere pentru cresterea calibilitatii, <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te caracteristicile de prelucrare prin aschiere, creste rezistenta la tractiune si reduce fragilitatea otelurilor.Creste rezistenta la coroziune si se foloseste frecvent in compozitia otelurilor aliate Cr Ni<\/strong>. De asemenea, m\u0103re\u0219te duritatea \u0219i rezisten\u021ba la temperaturi \u00eenalte. Previne fragilitatea la revenire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Niobiu (Nb)<\/strong>: punct de topire 2968 grade C, niobiul <strong>af\u00e2neaz\u0103 granula\u021bia o\u021belurilor<\/strong>. Cre\u0219te rezilien\u021ba la temperaturi sc\u0103zute. \u00cen cazul o\u021belurilor cu un con\u021binut sc\u0103zut \u00een carbon, cre\u0219te rezisten\u021ba acestora \u0219i limita elastic\u0103.Este folosit ca stabilizator la otelurile rezistente chimic.Se foloseste la otelurile austenitice pentru cazane .<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Nichel (Ni)<\/strong>: punct de topire 1453 grade C, nichelul cre\u0219te <strong>rezisten\u021ba o\u021belurilor nec\u0103lite \u0219i confer\u0103 tenacitate<\/strong>, \u00een special la temperaturi sc\u0103zute. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te rezisten\u021ba la coroziune. Prin folosire \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cromul, cre\u0219te duritatea \u0219i rezisten\u021ba la uzur\u0103. Inhib\u0103 cre\u0219terea granula\u021biei o\u021belului c\u00e2nd acesta se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Azot (N): punct de topire &#8211; 210 grade C, <\/strong>azotul controleaz\u0103 granula\u021bia. <strong>Cre\u0219te c\u0103libilitatea \u0219i rezisten\u021ba <\/strong> anumitor o\u021beluri inoxidabile.Ca element de aliere in otel extinde faza gama si stabilizeaza structura austenitica.In urma tratamentului de nitrurare azotul permite obtinerea unei duritati mari la suprafata produsului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Oxigen (O): punct de topire -218 grade C<\/strong>, oxigenul <strong> este un element nociv nedorit in oteluri<\/strong>. Cre\u0219te fragilitatea o\u021belului \u0219i mic\u0219oreaz\u0103 rezisten\u021ba la \u0219oc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Plumb (Pb): <\/strong> punct de topire 327,4 grade C<strong>,<\/strong>prin ad\u0103ugarea de plumb in procent de 0,20-0,50% se <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te prelucrabilitatea otelurilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Siliciu <\/strong><strong>(Si)<\/strong>: punct de topire 1414 grade C, se folose\u0219te ca <strong>dezoxidant \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te c\u0103libilitatea<\/strong> (ad\u00e2ncimea p\u00e2n\u0103 la care un o\u021bel poate fi \u00eent\u0103rit) la o\u021belurile cu elemente nedorite. Cre\u0219te rezisten\u021ba o\u021belurilor cu con\u021binut sc\u0103zut \u00een carbon.Creste limita de elasticitate fiind un element de aliere pentru otelurile de ARC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Telur (Te): punct de topire 449,5 grade C, <\/strong>aliat cu o\u021belul \u00een foarte mici propor\u021bii, <strong>\u00eei \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te \u0219i prelucrabilitatea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Titan (Ti)<\/strong>: punct de topire 1727 grade C, se utilizeaz\u0103 ca <strong>dezoxidant \u0219i pentru a inhiba cre\u0219terea granular\u0103<\/strong>. De asemenea, cre\u0219te rezisten\u021ba la temperaturi \u00eenalte.
