componenta social\u0103, aceasta ocup\u00e2nd un loc privilegiat pe scala sa de valori.<\/p>\n<p>AUSA\u00a0este con\u0219tient\u0103 de toate aceste lucruri, respect\u0103 principiile responsabilit\u0103\u021bii sociale corporatiste \u0219i codul de conduit\u0103 etic\u0103, le dezvolt\u0103 \u0219i \u00eembog\u0103\u021be\u0219te \u00een care fac parte din schema \u00eentreprinderii \u0219i va reglementa at\u00e2t rela\u021biile dintre angaja\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i rela\u021biile cu \u00eentreprinderi ter\u021be \u0219i cu organisme oficiale.<\/p>\n<h3><em>II.- Principii generale<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Principiul de baz\u0103 al acestui cod este angajamentul \u00eentreprinderii de a respecta \u0219i a impune respectarea legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare, o cerin\u021b\u0103 \u00een acest sens fiind un management rentabil pe termen lung \u0219i bazat pe principii \u0219i valori.<\/p>\n<p>To\u021bi angaja\u021bii au r\u0103spunderea de
